Rebuild the Block adds Custom Closets to AZ Spec Home Builds

We recently had the honor and privilege to work with Rebuild the Block on their spec home in Arcadia Lite and are so pleased with how the closets turned out.  Nathan Anderson and Nate Howard of Rebuild the Block recognize the value of giving their buyers custom closets.  Today’s homeowners want more and offering a custom closet as part of the standard features is a smart decision.  Their attention to every detail is showcased throughout their homes.  Rebuild the Block is truly offering a “turn-key” home, where one will not only be able to imagine themselves living in the home, but living organized as well.

Each bedroom reach-in closet was designed to maximize hanging space and includes easily accessible shelving in the center of the closet.  Additionally, the changeable shelving sections will effortlessly allow for upgrades to drawers or laundry baskets if the future homeowners choose to do so.

The master closet was designed to be shared in the way most couples share a closet—she gets most of, much of the space and he gets a little corner.  Just kidding – kinda. 😉 This closet features a center section of drawers with Shaker style fronts and adjustable shelving flanked by two medium/long hanging sections with shelving above.  This allows the couple to adjust the hanging sections according to their wardrobe.

At each side, there is a double-hanging section that extends the entire width of the closet.  In addition to open shelving throughout the closet, there are two sections of open, adjustable shelving that can be used for shoes or folded items.  Since everyone’s closet needs are different, we have made several sections of this closet in standard dimensions so that the new homeowner can customize the closet if they choose to do so.  We can add drawers, laundry baskets, pull-out pant racks, wire baskets, organizing accessories and so much more.  The framework is in place to personalize this closet to suit the needs of the future homeowners.
